R90 DAY THREE
Another one in the books!
My day went as follows:
Started off of course with my Cordyceps Coffee, 2 tablespoons of grass-fed butter, and a tablespoon of honey around 9:30am.
Forgot to take my multi-vitamin and Majik+ weightless capsule… my bad…
Had a double cheeseburger with bacon and no bun for lunch around 1:30pm.
My workout consisted of chopping wood for about 35-40 minutes while hauling thee wheel barrel loads of it up about a 50m incline. Needless to say, it was exhausting.
Had dinner around 6:30pm. NY strip and 4 sunny side up eggs drizzled in butter and sea salt.
Had my BLUE DRINK at around 8:30pm.
