R90 day two

What a great start to the new year! Eating clean and knocked out my workout.

My day started with my Cordyceps Coffee, 2 tbs of grass-fed butter, and a tbs of raw unfiltered honey. Took my Daily Build multi-vitamins and my Majik+ natural appetite suppressant.

My first meal was a little earlier than normal at about noon. I smoked a small brisket the night before and I had about 1.5 servings of that.

I had my famous Blue Drink (AquaLean) around 1:30pm.

I did a 10 round (2 min rounds 1 min break) boxing workout around 5pm.

For Dinner at about 6pm, I had 2-3 servings of more of the smoked beef brisket

Looking forward to the next 88 days!
