SO IT BEGINS!

I’m full swing into the Rally 90 ninety day push to better health and a lean body. I’m going to share my meals on this blog. Today is pretty easy, because I usually start with either an entire day of fasting or partial fasting on day one just to give myself a kick in the butt.

Most people when they try and fast feel like they are going to die. The reality is, your body can go a very long time on just liquids. And I don’t eat breakfast. Whether you believe it or not, breakfast was a meal time invited by corporations and lobbyists to sell us more things…

My day started with my Cordycep Coffee. It’s non-acid, so I don’t get the acid reflux, but I get all the benefits of regular coffee, with the added benefits of brain health from the Cordyceps. I add a couple tablespoons of grass-fed butter, and a tablespoon of honey. It’s delicious. I followed that with my Daily Build multi-vitamins and my Majik+ weight-loss capsules.

My first meal of the day, if you want to call it that was around 1:30pm, and it was about 700 calories of beef sticks as a light snack to hold me over.

At around 3pm I mixed up and drank my Blue Drink, AquaLean. Best health drink I’ve ever tried. Tastes so good.

I skipped dinner this evening. I opted instead for another Cordycep Coffee.

I did not workout today, but I typically don’t when I do a fast or partial fast day.

I’ll hit the gym tomorrow, and post my workout excerpt along with what I ate that day.
